Paul Ryan Surfaces will warrant for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the original date of installation any Paul Ryan quartz material that fails due to a manufacturing defect when fabricated and installed by a licensed professional fabricator/installer. This warranty only applies to the repair or replacement of material that has been permanently installed in the purchaser’s residence. The option to repair or replace is at the sole discretion of Paul Ryan Surfaces. This is a product-only warranty and not a fabrication and/or installation warranty.
The Residential warranty is only available to the original owner of a single family residence in which the Paul Ryan material was originally installed. In the case of a newly constructed single family residence, this warranty is only available to the “first” owner purchasing the residence and is transferable according to the procedure detailed in the complete Residential warranty available for download below.
Paul Ryan Surfaces warrants to the owner of the original installation of Paul Ryan quartz material that Paul Ryan Surfaces quartz products shall be free of manufacturing/material defects for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase of your Paul Ryan Surfaces quartz slab(s). This warranty applies to the repair or replacement of defective Paul Ryan Surfaces material that has been permanently installed and has remained in its original installed location. The option to repair or replace is at the sole discretion of Paul Ryan Surfaces. This is a product-only warranty and not a fabrication and/or installation warranty.
Paul Ryan Surfaces makes no express or implied warranty including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or from any other course of dealing or trade usage regarding the product. No warranty is made whatsoever for materials produced or provided by other manufacturers.
